List All Binded Cards for a Customer

GET 
/binded-cards/list

Retrieves all card-on-file (COF) entries associated with the specified customerId. If the merchant's configuration requires customerId to be unique per shop, you must include the shopId as a query parameter. Returns an empty array if no cards are found.
